Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) wrongfully, or that you possess permission from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or under the law to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:
- 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
- 2. Identification of the content that was removed or rendered inaccessible and the location where the content appeared prior to removal;
- 3. A declaration confirming your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification;
- 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and your consent to accept service from the individual who notified about the infringement.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or cease access restrictions within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates legal action against the content provider or user, the content may be restored or access granted again within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.
Policy on Repeat Infringers
Consistent with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have instituted a policy to terminate users who we determine to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion. Additionally, we may limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of any users infringing on another's intellectual property rights, regardless of whether or not there has been repeat infringement.
